i really liked the facilities are clean. i had complimentary refreshments, really nice. rojilyn, dave, kamlesh, and suraiya was friendly staff, i appreciated that. they were really approachable.

i could hear some sounds in the hallway. its a slight problem, but not a dealbreaker.

cute staff complimentary coffee

The staff were cute and friendly. They helped me know where my next flight would leave. I appreciated the complimentary coffee after my short sleep. The location was good. It was right in the middle of the transfer hub.

The sound insulation between cabins wasn't good, so it was a bit noisy.

great staff good condition free drink dyson hairdryer

staff was great, dda and ach were great too help me. the beds were in good condition, and everything LOOKED clean. I had free tea, coffee, and soft drinks NEAR the reception. i used the shower and appreciated the included shampoo and dyson hairdryer.

the loud announcements ongoing was detrimental to anyone wanting some SLEEP

Acceptable stay for a layover

airport location accommodating staff hard bed pathetic pillow

I appreciated the location inside the airport. This made it VERY convenient for my layover. The staff members, Genesis and Bong, were also very nice and accommodating.

The bed reminded me of a reclining seat ,and it was quite hard and uncomfortable. The provided pillow was also pathetic. Only a small blanket was available ,without proper sheets.

warm air conditioning excessive price

i wasn't happy. the air conditioning blew too warm air. slippers also should be part of the shower service, but i had to pay extra. all of this felt excessive, especially with the premium price.

excellent privacy cozy pods

the sleeping pods offered excellent privacy. the staff are cute and efficient. i felt comfortable during my layover. the pods was clean and cozy. the staff are efficient.

the bed is a foldable kind of chair. it does not have a mattress. it is pretty hard. the blanket is such as the ones from the plane.
